The theme is the sunny side of Hetalia; anything related to happy times: laughs, friendship, love, etc. No angst allowed! xD You can either write or draw, or both. That's up to you when you sign up. Also, you can indicate which characters you would prefer to draw/write, and which not. Don't have an LJ account? It's OK, you don't need one to sign up and participate.
